Step 1
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before starting.
- Choose a comfortable and clean space for sampling.
- Remove the swab from the tube by twisting the end. Do not touch the soft tip or lay the swab down.
Step 2
- Gently insert the swab into the vaginal canal, about 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) deep.
- Rotate the swab gently against the vaginal wall for a few seconds to collect the sample.
- Avoid touching the swab tip with your fingers or any non-sterile surface.
Step 3
- Unscrew the cap of the sample vial and carefully insert the swab into it, ensuring that the swab, swab stick, and vessel do not touch any surface and stir the swab in the solution continuously for about 1 minute.
- Remove the swab, place it back in the tube and dispense of it.
Step 4
- Replace the lid of the sample vial and screw it on tightly.
- Shake the sample vial continuously for about 1 minute.
Step 5
- Place the sample vial in the plastic sample bag, seal it, and place it in an envelope with any other Rejuven test samples. Please do not send used swabs.
- Send the envelope with your sample/s to us at: Rejuven Health Limited, 51 Bracken Road, Dublin D18 CV48, Ireland.
Step 6
After we have received your samples and completed our lab analysis:
- We will contact you to let you know the results are in;
- Send you a link to book your 1 hour consultation to go over your results and your roadmap.
