Step 1 - Prepare
Before the first bowel movement of the day:
- Remove the swab tube and sample vial from your gut microbiome testing kit pack.
Step 2 - Collect the sample
After your first bowel movement of the day:
- Wipe yourself with toilet paper;
- Remove the swab from the tube by twisting the end;
- Run the swab over the used toilet paper to collect the sample, making sure that the entire end of the swab is covered with sample so that a large enough sample is collected.
- Flush the toilet paper down the toilet as usual.
Step 3 - Stir
After you have taken a sample:
- Unscrew the cap of the sample vial and insert the swab;
- Hold the base of the sample vial and stir the swab in the solution continuously for around 1 minute;
- Remove the swab, place it back in it's tube and dispense of it.
Step 4 - Shake
After you have stirred the swab:
- Replace the lid on the sample vial and screw it on tightly;
- Shake the sample vial continously for around 1 minute.
Step 5 - Send
After you have shaken the sample:
- Place the sample vial in the plastic sample bag and seal it.
- Fold the sample bag and place it in an envelope with any other Rejuven test samples.
- Send the envelope with your sample/s to us at: Rejuven Health Limited, 51 Bracken Road, Dublin D18 CV48, Ireland.
Step 6 - Results
After we have received your samples and completed our lab analysis:
- We will contact you to let you know the results are in;
- Send you a link to book your 1 hour consultation to go over your results and your roadmap.
